I LIKED TO BE SPOILED WHICH STEAMS FROM ME BEING AN ONLY CHILD. I WANTED A MAN FINANCIALLY SET LIKE MY BIOLOGICAL FATHER AND HAD THE URBAN RESPECT AS MY GRANDDADDY. The factors from the environment in which an individual was raised, his or her family situation, and his or her personality traits has a lot to do with what makes a person successful in business. About 20 or 25 years ago if you asked almost any expert to describe a successful entrepreneur, you would probably have been given a list similar to this:

However, much recent research and many of my own observations seem to indicate that there are qualities commonly found in successful entrepreneurs. They all have a certain habits and characteristics. One main habit is most business owners are not intimidated by hard work. Starting a company is hard work.

Entrepreneurs tend to be independent souls, unhappy when forced to conform or toe the line. They are people who find it difficult to work for others, who want to set their own goals. Entrepreneurs are motivated by achievement rather than power or money. They set high goals that they can reach through application of their skills. They are willing to accept that they cannot predict the future, but recognize that they can guide it through their actions. Successful entrepreneurs have a healthy opinion of themselves and often have a strong and assertive personality. Their self optimism can often been seen by others as flamboyance or arrogance but entrepreneurs are just too focused to spend too much time thinking about un-constructive criticism.

All entrepreneurs have a passionate desire to do things better and to improve their products or service. They are constantly looking for ways to improve. They're creative, innovative and resourceful. If something is not working for them they simply change. Entrepreneurs know the importance of keeping on top of their industry and the only way to being number one is to evolve and change with the times.

Innovative entrepreneurs are often at the forefront of their industry so they hear the words "it can't be done" quite a bit. Successful entrepreneurs thrive on competition. They carry on elements of risk. Risk taking is calculated, measured against objectives and realities and weighed against the sacrifices and gains that need to be made. Not being optimists or pessimists, successful entrepreneurs are realistic in their risk-taking.

The most important element of any entrepreneurial undertaking is money. Successful entrepreneurs understand the dynamics of money very well.They understand that money can disappear probable faster than it was made and make every effort in ensuring the business has consistent cash flows to take care of both short-term and long-term needs.


The ability to remain focused on the goal, when others around are casting doubts, will require an independent and strong character to drive the initiative forward. The entrepreneur will inspire and encourage others to achieve the objectives set by the business.

YES THOSE THAT SERVE GOD ARE BLESSED. BUT MOST WANT TO SERVE GOD AFTER THEY HAVE ACHIEVED FINANCIAL SUCCESS. THEREFORE THE IDEA OF BECOMING WHAT GOD HAS DESIGNED IS SIDE TRACKED BY NECESSARY JOBS AND OBLIGATED BILLS.

I have the common story. Attractive women with an intelligent brain, that loves hot sex and cold Coronas during a football game. With one main issue, being over 30 and single. I get offers to be romanced over a cheesy hotel mattress or to flash a bit for the camera phone which is typical and pathetic; but when I get an offer to a exclusive dinner or a gentle massage with glasses of expensive wine somehow I still am not fulfilled. I  use to wonder where my expectations too high. Am I wrong for not dating a man with old shoes (my pet peeve), no mission in life and a total 3; or am I wrong for being disgusted by men with nice cars, expensive shoes and five star condos that just want to fuck, get sucked and left alone. I remember when I was actively dating before I became engaged to my career and the men were still generous, overwhelmingly attentive and I couldn't committed.

Often you hear about women who settle and are completely unhappy, because they have to deal with an infinite cheater. Or you hear of women that decide to play just as hard as the fellas and are sleeping with several men in hopes to combine them to one whole man. Taking traits from each just to be able to say they're happy.  So I tried both routes. Settling just made me envious of women with a mate they enjoyed and dating several men didnt work because I would feel dirty just the thought of different penis in me on a regular basis. So then I settled once again for becoming 'THE PRETTY NONDATER'. Figuring this would aide my woes only left me more picky and less friendly to the opposite sex.

So ladies I really dont have the answer but I do have advice in dating and choosing wise for sleepovers. If you meet someone online...they maybe a liar. If you meet someone at the bar..they maybe a drunk. If you meet a man at the grocery store...he maybe married. If you date a celebrity..they will fuck groupies. And if you meet a man anywhere that involves free anything...he maybe broke, cheap or a free loader. So I know this is discouraging. So I say that to say: Stop judging a book by its cover. I know pretty girls feel they deserve the best. So just reflect a positive vibe and positivity has to attract another one. GOOD LUCK THE PRETTY NONDATER!
